Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you book a table, buy a gift voucher, or dine with Kultura Filipino Restaurant & Bar, 47 Belmont Street, Aberdeen AB10 1JS. By booking with us you agree to them.

Bookings

Please give accurate contact details so we can confirm and reach you about your table.
We hold your table for up to 15 minutes after your booking time. If you're running late, please call us.
Opening hours: Tuesday dinner only (4:30pm-10pm); Wednesday to Sunday lunch (12:30pm-3:30pm) and dinner (4:30pm-10pm). Closed Mondays. Last orders are 2:30pm for lunch and 9pm for dinner.

Deposits for larger parties

Parties of 10 or more are asked for a deposit to secure the table: £75 for 10-14 guests and £150 for 15 or more.
The deposit is authorised on your card and credited in full against your final bill on the night, there is nothing extra to pay.
Your table is confirmed once the deposit is authorised. Until then it is held only as a request.

Cancellations

You may cancel or amend a booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your reservation. For deposit bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the booking time, the deposit is non-refundable. To cancel, please call us or use the link in your confirmation email.

Gift vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
They can be redeemed against food and drink, in part or in full, and any remaining balance stays on the code.
Each voucher has a unique code, please treat it like cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen codes.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
You can check a voucher's balance any time on our website.

Service charge & pricing

A discretionary service charge of 10% is added to your bill. Prices and menu items may change and are subject to availability.

Allergies & dietary needs

We handle all major allergens in our kitchen and prepare dishes in a shared space, so we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from traces. If you have a severe allergy, please tell your server, we'll walk you through what's safe. Allergy information you give us is shared with the kitchen for your safety.

Pets

We're unable to welcome pets in the restaurant. Assistance dogs are, of course, always welcome.

Liability & governing law

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
